Welcome to the section for bargains we currently hold at any particular time. Of course, every ChessBaron item is a bargain! But these items are products that fit into three categories:
- Items from suppliers that we chose not to stock further
- Items from suppliers that we are not continuing with
- Items not meeting our stringent quality requirements
If they are here because of quality issues, in most cases you'll be hard pressed to see the reason. We have very high standards and are insistant in maintaining those standards. They may have small blemishes that mean they can't be sold as our normal stock, but they continue to be very good, high quality products.

An amazing chess board suitable for any luxury set. It is heavy solid Grade One Rosewood, the Best Rosewood available and the appearance is just wonderful. These items are products from our range that were either samples from suppliers where we didn't want to purchase further, or items that haven't quite met our quality standards. The price is always the same - 50% of the retail price whatever the reason for it's inclusion in this section. Where the item is blemished, the blemishes are always minor and in many cases the reason for the rejection might be difficult to spot. An excellent opportunity to obtain great products for a knockdown price.
