This product from Chess Baron: An unusual traditional ebony chess set. The lines of the Alexander are striking. The ebony wood lends an element of establishment whilst the angular lines suggest battle. The King stands 4 inches. The set is triple weighted. The Queen has an unusual serrated effect for her crown which goes well with the shape of the pawns. The most unusual piece in the chess set is the pawn. They have a very good weighting and the top shape gives the set is unusual appearance, but the set is still a traditional staunton set. The boards should have squares of 2 inch.
