Chess Boards
The Chess Baron offers chess boards that represent excellent value for money. ALL but one of the boards you see below are solid wood - NOT veneer. Our boards are the genuine article, the workmanship of which is outstanding. Expect natural imperfections as in any genuine wood board - this is seen as a desirable aging feature. If you're unsure, please call for advice on which chess boards go well with which chess sets you have selected, although we have a recommendation for each set and our pictures will reveal much about colouring, quality and design of each chess board.
