The iconic Isle of Lewis King as a single chess piece, a historic desk piece/ornament as a timepiece. Made from crushed marble and resin, weighing heavily (over 100g), and measuring 4″ high, see history on your mantle or desk with time continuing to tick away. An appropriately (roman numerals) annotated clock face and a battery that will last and last (battery can be changed after years), the King base diameter is 2″. This historic chess piece is exactly as sold in the British Museum, but with the added timepiece. Comes nestled in bespoke tissue and gift boxed with an Isle of Lewis decorative explanatory wrapper.
